New Costume- New Blaster!
It's a hit and miss at estate sales for me - the ever budget conscience costumer! Every penny saved is a penny to spend at the Con! Found this box of old gears for $5! I can use it for multiple costumes- win!
Quintessential steampunk- the more gears and clock pieces the better!
Used my trusty painter's tape to map out and layer pretty much allll the Metal Spray paint (love it!). Here is where coupons are my friend! Metal spray paint can get costly but it comes in so many awesome shades and textures!
Glued my extra gears and rusted bits of it. Here it is mostly finished:
